Where can I look for information on the order I placed?

Your Order Confirmation email contains the detail of your order including order number. You also get a tracking number from which you can track your order.

What should I do if my credit card payment is incorrect?

If an error occurs while using a credit card to check out, you can go back and place the order again, and then cancel the order that was not successfully paid. You can contact your credit card company to confirm that your credit card is in good standing. If you have not tried it many times, please contact us for assistance.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Can you source a specific watch for me?

We would love to talk to you about any watch you are looking to purchase! We process a high volume of watches, and the watch you are looking for may already be in our system. Please Contact a Client Advisor and they will let you know if we have the watch in inventory, or if we are able to source the watch for you. You can also add a watch to your wishlist on the website or our mobile app to check and see if the watch you are looking for has come in stock.
